Senior Aerospace Executive

Lloyd’s distinguished 44-year career has defined excellence across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing industries with a dedication to people, process, and performance. He successfully led one of StandardAero’s largest growth initiatives as Senior Vice President, LEAP Program Industrialization and Executive Site Leader for the San Antonio, Texas facility to launch the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capability for the CFM LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines. Lloyd has served on the Board of Overseers for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) and on the MBNQA Judge Panel by appointment of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. He is also a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), where he has held leadership roles on the Board of Directors and participated on the ASQ Juran Medal Selection Committee. Lloyd’s teams have twice earned the prized StandardAero’s CEO Annual Award for driving enterprise-valued productivity and improvement. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aviation Management from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate in Applied Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the College of Aeronautics. He also holds certifications as a Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, and Quality Manager through ASQ and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. His executive education includes programs at Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
