SafeStart

Dennis Carnrike is the Director of Continuity Initiatives. He has been working with numerous companies on their implementation of SafeStart for over twenty-five years. Dennis takes a relaxed, common-sense approach to ensuring that companies are successful at integrating the SafeStart process into their culture and safety systems. Dennis travels to client sites to conduct site assessments, using his extensive experience to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement that will help with their long-term safety success.

Tyia Grant is the SafeLead Project Manager. As a key leader on SafeStart’s project management team, Tyia has successfully helped plan, execute and manage over 35 clients at 110 sites and the training of over 2,500 participants. With over twenty years of experience in account and people management, Tyia is forward-thinking and collaborative and builds on her skills and knowledge to keep driving forward.

Tyler Keith is the Manager of Client Engagement Services. He was instrumental in developing SafeStart’s Implementation Management capabilities as well as the Client Success Model and he was also the project manager for the SafeLead and SafeStart Now product developments. Prior to leading the support of all SafeLead implementations, SafeStart Advisory Service engagements and some SafeStart Now implementations, Tyler was introducing 24/7 safety training to companies as a SafeStart Client Manager.
